Oh Monday, how you sneak up and surprise us so abruptly every week, like a ninja hiding around the corner oh so mischievously, ready to jump out and frighten the next passerby... Alas, Monday, I pledge a new outlook towards you. It is not your fault you have been chosen as the first day of the work week, so I vow to embrace you now as the start to a new weekly adventure. Mondays will now be known as the beginning of a new episode, a fresh start and a new chapter in the book of life!
Now, having said all of that, and in the spirit of improving our outlook on Mondays, I also vow to find out not who makes the decision to start construction work on a major roadway during rush hour on a Monday morning...but whoever the moron was that hired that person! Also, when the idea to start construction on a major roadway during rush hour on a Monday was brought up, who was the intelligent jack-in-the-box who thought it was a good idea and approved it! "Woo Saa...", okay I'm better now. Have a good day everybody.
